Booking Policy

 

 

• When you book an appointment on our website, you are reserving a quote consultation for the selected service(s).

• During this consultation, our team will assess the scope of work and provide a custom quote.

• If you agree to proceed, an invoice will be sent to you for payment and service confirmation.

• Appointments are not considered confirmed until reviewed and acknowledged by our team.

 

 

 

 

Security Deposit Policy

 

 

• For all jobs quoted at $125 or more, a 50% security deposit is required before any work is scheduled.

• This deposit secures your service appointment and will be applied toward your final balance.

• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show.

 

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

• No-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit and require prepayment in full for future services.

 

 

 

 

Waitlist Policy

 

 

• If your desired time slot is unavailable, you may request to be placed on our waitlist.

• We will notify you if a slot opens up, based on first-come, first-served availability.

• Waitlist requests are not guaranteed bookings.
