Services Provided MacGyver Lawn Care Services offers residential and commercial property maintenance services, including but not limited to: Lawn mowing and edging Pressure washing Window cleaning Tree bushing Flower Bed Rock Bed Dog hole filling (add-on service) All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. Booking & Payment Terms A 50% deposit is required prior to the start of any scheduled service. Remaining balance is due upon completion. We accept payment via Cash, Card, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Customer Responsibilities Ensure all pets are secured and all gates or entry points are accessible on the day of service. Please clear the service area of toys, tools, hoses, or any other obstacles prior to our arrival. For pressure washing or window cleaning, make sure all windows are closed and fragile outdoor items are moved. Liability Disclaimer MacGyver Lawn Care Services is not liable for: Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including weak fences, unmarked sprinkler heads, or underground cables. Delays or rescheduling due to inclement weather. Issues arising from poor lawn health or neglected landscapes. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right. Satisfaction is our top priority.
